  • A reservation is confirmed once it is paid in full. The hotel accepts cash, debit cards and bank transfer, paid only into The Pharaoh’s Hotel's official account. Rates are per night and include taxes and fees; extra services such as laundry are charged separately.
  • A room reservation can be cancelled up to 48 hours (2 days) before the check-in date. A booking of Escobar Rooftop, the Ribs Lounge or the Board Room needs one week's notice to cancel.
  • Not arriving, without telling the hotel beforehand, is treated as a no-show and may be charged.
  • You may check out early at any time after 6:00 am.
  • Check-out is by 12 noon. A later check-out, subject to availability, is charged at half the night's rate until 6:00 pm, and at the full rate after 6:00 pm.
