Terms

• Check-out is by 12 noon. A later check-out, subject to availability, is charged at half the night's rate until 6:00 pm, and at the full rate after 6:00 pm.
• A reservation is confirmed once it is paid in full. The hotel accepts cash, debit cards and bank transfer, paid only into The Pharaoh’s Hotel's official account. Rates are per night and include taxes and fees; extra services such as laundry are charged separately.
• You may check out early at any time after 6:00 am.
• Not arriving, without telling the hotel beforehand, is treated as a no-show and may be charged.
• A room reservation can be cancelled up to 48 hours (2 days) before the check-in date. A booking of Escobar Rooftop, the Ribs Lounge or the Board Room needs one week's notice to cancel.
• Every room is non-smoking: smoking in a room carries a ₦100,000 fine. Smoking is allowed only in the designated areas.
• A valid means of identification is needed at check-in.
• Damage to the hotel's property is charged: a lost key card ₦13,000; stained bed sheets or a stained duvet ₦50,000 each; a stained big towel ₦30,000; a stained small towel ₦15,000. Anything else broken in a room is charged according to the damage.
• Pets are not allowed in the rooms or anywhere in the hotel.
• Hard drugs and illicit items are not allowed in the hotel.
• Valuables can be left at the reception for safe keeping. The hotel is not responsible for items lost or stolen, so please keep your valuables secure at all times.
• Excessive noise or disruptive behaviour may lead to eviction without a refund.
• Photo shoots are allowed for 1 hour 30 minutes per session at ₦250,000, with extra time charged. Photography is not allowed in the lobby or the restaurant, except by guests after placing an order.
