1. No online payment is taken through this website
This website does not process payments. Submitting the booking request form does not charge you anything: it sends a request to our team, who will confirm availability, rates, and payment details directly with you by phone or email before your stay is confirmed.
2. Payment and confirming a reservation
- A reservation is confirmed once it is paid in full. The hotel accepts cash, debit cards and bank transfer, paid only into The Pharaoh’s Hotel's official account. Rates are per night and include taxes and fees; extra services such as laundry are charged separately.
3. Cancellations and no-shows
- A room reservation can be cancelled up to 48 hours (2 days) before the check-in date. A booking of Escobar Rooftop, the Ribs Lounge or the Board Room needs one week's notice to cancel.
- Not arriving, without telling the hotel beforehand, is treated as a no-show and may be charged.
If you need to cancel, or you have already paid, please contact us as soon as you can: our team will confirm with you directly how your booking and any payment already made are handled.
4. Leaving early or late
Check-in is from 6:00 am, subject to availability and check-out is by 12 noon.
- You may check out early at any time after 6:00 am.
- Check-out is by 12 noon. A later check-out, subject to availability, is charged at half the night's rate until 6:00 pm, and at the full rate after 6:00 pm.
5. If online payment is added in future
If we introduce online payment or a booking engine later, this policy will be updated to state exact refund timelines, non-refundable rate types, and how to request a refund, before that feature goes live.
